These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 4uwin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the4uwin website located at https://4uwin.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the 4uwin platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, or browsing the website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account with 4uwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Services.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be registered or residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 4uwin, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have a pre-existing account that has been suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by 4uwin for any reason.
• You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion arrangement in effect at the time of registration.

4uwin reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the Services. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Each User is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered account on the 4uwin platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4uwin shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

• You must notify 4uwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access the Services through your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Account details — including registered name, date of birth, and national identification — may not be changed without submitting a formal request and providing supporting documentation satisfactory to 4uwin.

All accounts on the 4uwin platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless otherwise explicitly stated.

By using the 4uwin platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk and that losses are possible.

4uwin provides access to casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other international sporting events. The availability of specific markets and game titles may vary from time to time at 4uwin's sole discretion.

The Platform is intended for users in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across the country. Access from jurisdictions where the Services are prohibited remains the sole responsibility of the User.

4uwin supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Supported channels include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30.
• All deposits are credited to the User's account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Deposits made via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly.
• Bank transfer and FPX deposits are subject to standard processing times of the respective financial institution.
• 4uwin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment destinations are not permitted.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5minutes of approval.
• DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank wire withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes from the time of approval.
• 4uwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.

4uwin offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Each promotional offer may specify eligible games. Wagering on ineligible games may not count towards or may partially count towards the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of value outside of the platform.
• 4uwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting game weighting, coordinated play between accounts, or misrepresenting eligibility — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only claim each welcome promotion once per household, IP address, or payment method.

All bonus expiry periods are stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or through the 4uwin platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing third party to register on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or game glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain advantage on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play between accounts.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling services are prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the 4uwin platform or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards 4uwin staff or other users.
• Any conduct that, in 4uwin's reasonable judgment, is detrimental to the platform, its users, or the integrity of the Services.

All content, materials, and technology constituting the 4uwin platform — including but not limited to the4uwin brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and user interface elements — are the exclusive intellectual property of 4uwin or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any portion of the platform or its content.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or commercial exploitation of 4uwin's intellectual property — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4uwin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or technical failure.

4uwin makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and stability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, payment gateway outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

In no event shall 4uwin's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their account during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4uwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Underage gambling or inability to verify age eligibility.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08.
• Account inactivity for a period exceding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements. 4uwin is not obligated to return bonus funds or winings derived from bonus funds upon termination for breach of Terms.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with the procedures described in our Responsible Gambling policy.

4uwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its users seriously. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is available to persons aged 21 and above only.

The English version of these Terms shall take precedence in the event of any interpretive dispute.

In the event of any dispute between a User and 4uwin, we encourage Users to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. 4uwin is committed to addressing complaints promptly and fairly through our internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be escalated through such formal dispute resolution mechanisms as may be applicable and available to the User under relevant law.

4uwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

Material changes to the Terms — such as modifications to bonus conditions, withdrawal policies, or eligibility requirements — will where practicable be communicated via email notification to your registered address or via an on-platform notice.
